SHIPPING

Once your order has been placed you will be emailed a confirmation.
Orders can take up to 2 working days to be dispatched but are usually dispatched within 24hours, though dispatch times may vary according to availability. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we will contact you with a revised estimated date.

Orders are dispatched following the successful processing of your bank and address details. This process ensures your safety and ours against Credit Card fraud, which can take up to 24hours after you have placed your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation and a tracking number.
If we cannot dispatch your complete order at one time, you will not be charged for a second delivery.

UK DELIVERY
Our UK delivery charge is £9.95 per delivery address. All orders are posted using recorded delivery or courier and will require a signature on receipt. If after 3 delivery attempts no one is available at your address, the products will be returned to our premises, in which case, please contact us to rearrange delivery.

MAINLAND EUROPE DELIVERY
For overseas delivery in Europe, we charge £24 per delivery address. All orders are posted using recorded delivery or courier and will require a signature on receipt. If after 3 delivery attempts no one is available at your address, the products will be returned to our premises, in which case, please contact us to rearrange delivery.

REST OF WORLD DELIVERY
For overseas delivery to Rest of World, we charge £44 per delivery address. All orders are posted using recorded delivery or courier. As your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes once your shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. William Sharp cannot be held responsible for these charges.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to ongoing issues with Russian custom clearance, we are currently only able to ship to a business address.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you wish to return or exchange an item, we are happy to do so within 14 days from the day you received your order.
Goods are inspected upon return so all returns or exchanges must be received in their original condition and packaging with tags.
You will be provided with a returns/exchange form with your original order. Please fill in the returns form provided. Failure to fill in this form may result in delay of processing your return. We recommend you use a secure trackable shipper and you retain proof of delivery, in case of dispute. The goods are your responsibility until they are safely received. Please note you must cover the cost of the return shipment, unless the item is incorrect or faulty.

You will be emailed to confirm we have received your return and the refund amount. Returns may take up to 72 hours to process once received. Any refund issued will automatically be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded for items unless they are faulty or wrongly delivered. We will refund the amount back to your credit card and inform you by email. Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. If we are unable to exchange an item due to stock levels we will contact you and refund your card. Shipping will be charged again unless the item is faulty or wrongly delivered.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
If you wish to return an item but are outside of the United Kingdom, Please follow the same returns procedure above. Please state that the item is a return on the commercial invoices, otherwise charges will be incurred and Sharp Ltd will not be held liable for these charges.

SALE RETURNS
Sale items purchased online that involve a reduction in price from the normal retail price can still be returned within 7 working days of delivery provided they are in their original condition and written notice is given. Please address all returns to the above address.

CANCELLATIONS

If you are an EU customer, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to fourteen (14) days after the day on which you receive your Order. If you place an Order for several Products and they are delivered separately then your fourteen (14) days will start the day after you receive the last Product on your Order.

Cancellation before dispatch or notification of collection
If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your contract before your Order has been dispatched or you have been notified that it is available for collection, then you need to let us know. In order to do so, you can let us know by emailing or telephoning William Sharp at office@williamsharp.co.uk or by calling +44 (0) 20 7241 5529. Once we have received notification by you of your wish to cancel your contract, subject to any monies having been taken from you, we will refund you the original purchase price and delivery charge of your Order within fourteen (14) days. Cancellation after dispatch or notification of collection
As it is our policy to try to process your Order immediately it may not always be possible to stop an Order from being dispatched or made available for collection. If you decide to cancel your contract and your Order has already been despatched or you have been notified that it is ready for collection, then you need to let us know within fourteen (14) days after the day on which you receive or collect your Order. You can notify us by using any one of the options identified above. Once we have received notification by you of your wish to cancel your contract, you then have a further fourteen (14) days to return your Order to us.
If you are a Non-EU customer, then these legal rights do not apply to you. In the event that you do not wish to keep your Order, you need to send this back to us within fourteen (14) days after the day on which you receive your Order.
