All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order within 24 hours.

How to Pay

You can pay using Pay Pal or if you prefer to pay by telephone we accept the following credit cards as payment: Visa/Mastercard/Switch/Maestro and Visa Delta/Solo/American Express (by PayPal only).

Returns Policy

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all WILLIAM SHARP tags still attached within 7 days of purchase. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Any item which has been made to a customer’s own specifications including specific colour requests, will be non-returnable. We do not cover the cost of returned items and are only responsible for them on receipt. Please send by recorded delivery or a courier to safeguard your items. Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

No Commercial Use

This Site is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any Content, software, products, or services contained within this Site. You may not use this Site, or any of its Content, to further any commercial purpose, including any advertising or advertising revenue generation activity on your own Site.

Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 4 working days, though dispatch times may vary according to availability. The delivery charge is £8.95 per delivery address for orders under £250 and delivery is free for orders over £250. All orders are posted using recorded delivery or courier and will require a signature on receipt. If we cannot despatch your complete order at one time, you will not be charged for a second delivery.

For overseas delivery, we charge £20 per delivery address. All orders are posted using recorded delivery or courier. If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. William Sharp cannot be held responsible for these charges.
